The Sangari SY series is a modular process control training platform designed for vocational and higher education in automation engineering. The SY300 base frame hosts plug-and-play control modules for temperature, fluid level, flow rate, and speed regulation - allowing students to design and tune feedback control systems on real hardware. Each module demonstrates fundamental process dynamics: dead time, time constants, integral and proportional behaviour. Students investigate classical control strategies (P, PI, PD, PID), study disturbance response, measure system stability margins, and compare experimental results with simulation. A digital PID controller with network capability, reference-signal generator, data-acquisition interface and real-time control software complete the platform. The SY series bridges the gap between theoretical control textbooks and industrial process-control engineering, providing hands-on experience with the feedback loops that regulate chemical reactors, HVAC systems, power plants and manufacturing processes worldwide.
